You know when someone else has profoundly changed your life—but they might not even realize it? That’s what Drew Dudley is talking about in his keynote, Everyday Leadership. The short talk went live at TED.com a few days ago & is already at 145,000 views.

If you’re intimidated by the idea of leadership, you’re not alone. You’re also not doomed. Drew Dudley, an expert in leadership, says the arrogant version of leadership prevalent today isn’t working. He reformulates leadership in a way that we can accept and employ. The good news is he’ll be sharing how at Maxwell House’s new free Toronto coffee shop, Optimism Café, as part of their “Brew Some Good” campaign.
We asked Drew about his talk. Here’s what he wrote:
I’ll talk about redefining leadership and creating organizations that foster “leaders without titles” at every level. The focus on Sunday is on individuals—how we can all feel more like leaders and take more out of life by focusing on two simple words “adding value”, what “adding value” means, and six simple questions that can help us do it every day.
The free talk begins at 3:00pm, July 10, at 1948 Queen Street East.
