Legendary civil rights activist Angela Davis is the subject of a new documentary, Free Angela & All Political Prisoners, which is premiering at TIFF 2012. Free Angela & All Political Prisoners, directed by Shola Lynch, details her very-public incarceration in 1970, features some of the first public interviews ever given by Davis, and touches on contentious issues surrounding gun control, freedom of speech, and racial prejudice.
